What is the cost?
I wish that we lived in a world where therapy was affordable for all who wish to access it.
I wish to work with people of all backgrounds.
For these reasons, my approach is to have a usual fee, and to offer a quarter of my therapy places on a pay what you can basis.
My usual fee is between £70.00 to £90.00 per hour long session. You can choose a rate within this range that feels right for you.
My pay what you can places are for those who can't afford the usual fee. Please see below for more info.
How do I begin?
I like to offer a free initial chat on the phone, or over Zoom, so that we can discuss your needs and I can answer any questions you might have.
Sessions are held weekly on the same day and at the same time. We can review how therapy is working after 6 weeks and from here to continue on a weekly basis whilst it is helpful to do so.
Get in touch
To arrange an initial session or for further information, contact me by phone, text or email.
If I am unable to speak to you, please leave a message, send a text or email me. All my points of contact are confidential. I will respond to your message as soon as possible. If you have emailed me and didn't receive a reply, please double check your junk mail filter.
How does 'pay what you can' work?
In deciding what you pay, please choose a rate which is meaningful, whilst also possible, according to your financial circumstances.
Meaningful means that you are recognising the value of what is being offered, within the context of what is possible for you to afford.
